Kristen was an incredible realtor! Her attention to detail and deep sense of commitment to her clients really puts her in the upper echelon of reality! We were home hunting while fully remote (buying in Ohio from Colorado) as first time homebuyers. So naturally, we had a lot of anxiety and questions about the process. Kristen worked to ease any anxiety we had about the distance and answer any questions we had. She took remarkably thorough video walkthroughs of the homes we were interested in, including details we could never have noticed if she hasn't mentioned them like gently sloping floors, HVAC noise, or pet odors. She also communicated frequently and clearly; Kristen made sure to knew that she was always available despite the distance. Once we began to make offers and go under contract, she always ready to act as soon as we were. She informed us about the nuances of making an offer without ever overstepping her bounds. Through her gently coaching, we felt that every decision was ours and we never felt like the process was out of our control. She was never pushy and didn't rush us through the buying process.After the sale of the home, Kristen remained responsive and helpful! She answered our questions and served as a go between when we needed to contact the previous homeowners. Lastly, as an Air Force member, it was helpful to work with Kristen, who is an Air Force veteran. She understood the obstacles and the timelines. She was also able to speak to nuances with the VA loan and was familiar with the process. I can't say enough good things about Kristen.
